This "Sputnik" Projector, Single Plate Model, is available for 220 or 110 volts. The principal mechanical components are made in aluminium of ALUAR Argentina. it has dimmer knobs (on/off switch) that control the brightness of the projector bulb, the brightness of the "lateral lights" and the rotation of the reversable motor. It has an acrylic bearing to rotate the cylinders forward or backwards for both any astronomical or other educational cylinders. |

The acrylic bearing can be removed for easy access to the motor without problems. All the system can rotate 180 degrees for all other cylinders to give exactly needed visual points of views. It operates with standard halogen bumps. We provide with our equipments T2-4 Energizer halogen lamps of 5.5 volts and 81lumens (easy to buy them in any hardware store). This halogen bulb give a very good results and images. The bulb containner is designed to maintain a vertical position (to back or to forward) at all times. |
